And not a single eyebrow is raised by the PL and their trough feeders Are you off your trolley man? Chelsea are one of the England's blue chip clubs and as such one of the PL's prized assets. They would do their best to find some way of legitimising it rather than penalise Chelsea. It was Abramovich who raised their profile from a middling PL club to champions who are now a global brand. They only confirmed involvement last week, so it'll be months before they say anything, if they do at all. Abramovich stuff has no relevance to this at all, other than showing some of his more suspect activities to the public...and the lack of pick up and fanfare about it shows it won't be deeply or publicly probed Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Staveley seems to have decided to go quiet now after giving daily updates to Caulkin for months. Maybe that's how things should have been done all along however. The only real opinion on where we’re currently at comes from Chris Waugh in part 2.
