Loving the training frequency, intensity, his philosophy, his conduct etc. - I really hope all the players buy in to improving themselves under his vision and guidance. Brentford has so much pressure and hope put on it. I know it's not a huge amount of time to expect improvements, but I hope there is a renewed energy level, better pressing, desire and some confidence to play with the ball at our feet and on the front foot.
