Anyone who thinks we aren't down based on some form of logic in their mind is confusing that with nothing more than hope and a very very outside chance of luck - you're involving doing something that statistically is against you going by the past.

We're down barring a total miracle, this is reality, not "knee-jerking".

We're shit and in deep trouble, but we're not down until the teams around us start picking up points.

We've said all along that we need to be in touch by January and that still applies tbh.

The knee-jerking is the comments about the manager. It’s like we were supposed to be world beaters in a few weeks. I dread to imagine a Bruce team against these

I disagree tbh.

We're only 3 points adrift, granted that might change in the coming weeks but this is far from over like.

Today is going to be really important going forward.

We will not see that midfield pairing of Shelvey and Willock anymore after this game.

Think the idea to drop Joelinton in there as a third midfielder was a good idea, but never got a chance to get going due to that second goal, and the changes that were made after.

Once Howe moves on from that Willock and Shelvey pairing for good we'll really start seeing a big improvement. It's the key thing holding us back, and affecting the overall rhythm of the team.

If anyone wants to check my main worry about howe was that he didn’t change at all when Bournemouth went down and I feel he’s doing it with Shelvey and willock

Since coming in, he's changed Darlow for Dubrabka, Ritchie for Lewis, Manquillo has come in instead of Murphy, Schär instead of Clark. Changed half the starting eleven compared to his first game in charge

Joelinton is ten times the central midfielder Willock is. Dictating play so well from that deeper position. Need to drop him deeper going forward in a 4-3-3, until we can get someone in for January.
