Teasy
Is there a new PL guideline for refs? Chris Wood getting a chance equals a foul? Edited January 22, 2022 by Teasy
Nine
We grew into that towards the end of the half, anything before about 35 minutes was rank though.
LRD
Decent for spells but players on different wavelengths again. These look like they just got together in the past month instead of playing together for years. How long do they need to get some cohesion going? LiquidAK
Could go either way this - we look okay, which I guess is an improvement
triggs
Just now, Oregon_Geordie said: Murphy > Fraser for me. Aye Fraser just looks like a solid 5/10 every week player now which is pointless for a winger. Murphy is capable of more at least
McCormick
Hoping this stays level and we get a last minute winner. I’ve no confidence in this team defending a lead.
clintdempsey
I don’t think this has been half bad. We were always going to be on the back foot at times due to their extreme fitness and tempo thanks to Bielsa’s work over many years. But to me it looks like we have a plan and we have threatened them at times. But since our players are turboshit (most of them anyways) it’s always going to look a bit off at times. I actually think we’ll win this. Edited January 22, 2022 by clintdempsey
JB
Everything Willock does is so slow and laboured.
Lenny
No lack of effort even if we, as usual, look like we haven't a clue what to do when we have a sight of goal. Wood looked a little frustrated at times, we're not even remotely playing to his strengths. He's made the odd couple of nice knock-ons but we need to do more to use him. Lascelles really is tragic and needs removing from the team immediately.
nortoon
Wood is so Burnley. Lets foul the opposition first and look for the ball later.
nufcnick
Woohoo, we have signed another striker that couldn’t hit the floor if he fell on it
The Bonk
Just now, Optimistic Nut said: That was promising tbh. Defended well and started becoming a threat towards the end. We could win this. It wasn't as grim as many are making out on here and Jonjo had been robbed of a sure goal by their keeper. Some changes second half and we could win this, just hope they don't switch off. Holloway
Fraser has lost something from his Bournemouth days,I'd hoy Murphy on at the hour mark
Danh1
Just seen a photo of the BMX 4 Sale banner in a pub down Leeds. Assume it’s in the away end, must confuse the home supporters.
joeyt
I thought Trippier was quite poor that half

It’s like watching a bunch of strangers at times.
soyt
I dont know, i actually thought that we were almost the better side there. There is just zero confidence or ability in the final third. Probably will lose this but, that some of the comments here? Yes, Willock was lazy to track back in that one situation, but overall the team is trying with very limited ability. Klaus
We were pressing high up the pitch which was good to see. However we look so exposed when they break forward, it always seems like last ditch defending.

So disjointed going forward at times, ASM leaving that ball for Fraser who didnt move and Trippier/Fraser not on the same wavelength in the final third stand out like
TRon
CB's have actually done quite well for us today after a shaky start. The midfield is still shit, Shelvey not involved much as usual, Willock not showing the best touch, but I like his runs, and he's tried a few one-twos which is what makes football happen. Fuck the haters.
Kid Icarus
Absolute guttner about Joelinton. 2nd half away from home is when we concede most of our goals, so I'm ready. Would happily take a draw right now.
SUPERTOON
The difference 3/4 quality signings would make to this team man.
Gallowgate Toon
Half of two halves, imo. Had plenty of shots and opportunities. They've had some very leggy moments themselves.
