Doesn't inspire much confidence in the Man City charges being proven. Always felt if they had the desire too, the Saudi's could have pushed the rules and then just overpowered in the courts if they were charged with anything. Even if you're sent unsolicited images/videos, the moment they're downloaded to your phone you can be charged with "making" them. Probably a nonce though. Yeah, the laws are from before the time of the internet so have to be applied rather awkwardly. By viewing an illegal image you're "making it" on your screen, by downloading or sending it to someone you're "making" a copy of it. hangover from the days when physical images and videos were copied by hand.
