The way it times out is that the flight is at midnight so gives me plenty of time to go out in London and get a little tuned up for the flight.

UK passport is fine.

 

Non-UK passports are fine if you've already got a visa to visit or have residency in the UK (you have to show this to airline staff, was a story of a polish woman almost missing her flight because of it).

I just had to do this for coming over and it’s non UK holders. Honestly, the site tells you to do it on the app and just do that. Was approved within 2 minutes
