But a tax requires paying that’s then distributed amongst rest of clubs in league. Hopefully clubs outside the cartel 6 can smell the coffee and vote through changes. But there’s clubs like Brighton that won’t ever vote for changes, as they have it easy. And if more clubs come up from championship and want to spend, they’re more at risk.
