You all must be joking with these suggestions about Vardy, right?

When the odds grow by the day that our striker choices will be Gordon or Osula, then yeah, would absolutely take him.

It's a desperate choice because we're in a desperate situation.

[emoji38] I’m not saying it in a negative way. I just think Isak will stay and we won’t get anyone else.

Not sure they will self sabotage our season with no striker in. If we are not signing a striker we are in for a season to forget.

I just can’t see us overpaying for anyone, clubs also know we are desperate.

This is where I’m at now. There isn’t a “good” deal to be done for us now in business terms and I don’t think we’d be allowed to overpay.

Aye, we're stood in Dontinos, its 25 mins till closing time, the DJ is playing his Erection Section classics and we're mooching about at the side of the dancefloor on our own.

We tried to chat up a couple of worldies earlier in the night but lost out to Studley Goodfuck and Mike Oxlong.

There's no getting away from the fact the doomsday clock is rapidly approaching midnight, it's the cold hard truth.

We need excitement and we need it fast. But all is not yet lost.

Hope this story doesn’t end with us and Sweaty Betty behind the sewerage farm.

I think people are maybe judging Vardy on him being past his best, his age etc rather than looking it straight on.

9 goals, 7 from open play and 4 assists for an absolutely honking Leicester side, and us in our situation means that for me he'd be a very good 3rd choice/bring on for 10 minutes option for one season.

I cant see us not signing a striker. When Howe is strong in his words (saying we need more player), I believe we are trying hard. Im not sure what is worse, overpaying or jeopardize our whole season. May lose a lot more that way.

It’s possible we’ve already sabotaged it. We pursued Isak replacements that were probably never a real option like Sesko, and sat watching all the possible Wissa alternatives get taken. Who do you sign at this point?

Fwiw I wasn’t saying it to be negative or digging at the club. I just think we are at the point where Isak stays and we won’t pay the mental prices being quoted by clubs for players who aren’t our top targets.

Having a massive schlong doesn’t necessarily help you get the women, let me tell you.

Women don't like long boabies, it hurts them, a nice bit of girth though and they'll love you forever.

If so then we have a failed again no matter the signings we have made. Its been said so many times getting a striker who could share the workload with Isak was a priority. Now we have Sulky and no striker coming in. A worse position than before the window opened. As I have said we can forget this season on a whole if thats the case. We have no chance..
