Probably means he'll get more scoops moving forward.

nufc4eva
People saying Sesko record not impressive but hasn't he got a better goal ratio than Isak at same age. Looks to have all the attributes to be class in Premier league and bags of potential. Isak scored 33 in 105 games at Sociedad over 3 seasons, Sesko has 27 in 64 in 2 seasons. Fair enough Isak is just reaching his peak but could see Sesko reaching similar levels in next few years. Would love to keep both but if we end up with Sesko and Wissa that would be perfect alternative with Wissa having a great record last few years and developing Sesko

nufc4eva
See other clubs trying to smash this one down and that he's shit, waste of money. We don't get transfers wrong often and every faith in Howe to make him top class

GeordieDazzler
Sesko has rough edges but has all the attributes for Howe to work with. I’m especially excited about his hold up play which I think will do wonders for Elanga and Gordon. If the rumoured sell on clause that RB want ever becomes an issue, it will likely mean he’s been mint. We were supposed to be keeping Isak and getting a high-ceiling young player to replace Wilson. Spending 40 mil on Wissa means no resale value, whereas Isak + Sesko is 200m plus of bankable potential. Isak is sullied for me. He was as soon as this all kicked off. The only reason I’d be making noises about keeping him is to keep the price high or to take the hit and show players and clubs we can’t be taken the piss out of. Ideally for me, we’d get the two strikers and then spend on a quality CB and CM.
