Barring Ramsey they’ve emptied their kennels of saleable puppy farmed academy players (unlike City, Chelsea and Liverpool) meaning it’s Rogers or Watkins as their other most saleable assets. In Watkins case I don’t think he’s forgiven them for prioritising playing on loan and never staying Rashford ahead of him for the PSG game. Therefore cash in. Agreed as long as we get 2 in the lack of goals from Wilson last season will likely mean we aren't going to get 1 player getting isaks output if he goes but may quite easily be achieved sharing the load between 2 players instead.
