Not sure about that. I think people hoped we’d upgrade on Pope, but didn’t necessarily think we had to. But then he didn’t have a great game against Celtic and suddenly that meant he was shite again.

I think he's a decent keeper but not a top keeper, has different attributes to Pope so could be useful in certain games

 

As long as it is not a daft price then it maybe isn't a bad deal

From my memory Raya came in and Ramsdale was on bench and sky cameras would cut to him every time Raya made a save and he never got back in the side.

This. Not really one to get excited about. Improvement on Pope in some areas, but not others. Not sure he is better overall. 
 

I don’t think he is shit or anything. Although I’m sure I have called him that at some point  but not sure him signing is going to change much.
