Like I said at HT, looks like the guy who can receive the ball from the back four, spin and progress play. We don’t have that sort of player in the squad because they tend to cost £100m in the PL. Lush Vlad Posted January 28 Share Posted January 28 He is so much better in more of a 2 and when he can go looking for the ball deep, to then turn out and play. Before popping up between the lines. He is as good as Bruno with that shoulder roll and finding space. I just wish after he has beaten 2-3, he would look to get the pass or shot away and not keep losing it or challenging for contested balls. I know he hasn’t been particularly good in the midfield 3. But I’m still baffled he hasn’t got more minutes however we are setting up. Looks like the only midfielder who can even half replicate what Bruno brings.
