I’m not disagreeing on the LCM, I’m saying I don’t expect he delivers the same physical output as Joelinton there.

I don’t think we will see the 4/3/3 beyond this season either, not consistently anyway.

I don't think he needs to. There's games where you'll want Joelinton in that position and ones with Ramsey.

That’s a fair point, I guess my point was it’s not a like for like replacement at all but yeah LCM has to be Ramseys position without a formation change.

Assume injury isn’t serious?

Hope not. Seemed like a twisted ankle.

Was moving well once he continued playing on, but once you stop moving about they tend to swell up on you, which I presume happened at half time.

And so at that point they had to take him off.

Did anyone see this?

"the suggestion is Ramsey will be fine to feature when Wolves visit St James’ Park on September 13. The midfielder shared photos to his Instagram story of himself in action against Leeds with the caption “see you all after the break”

I cannot see it anyone else other than here?

Eddie Howe hands = safe hands.

Saw this mentioned on a podcast this morning, since Howe's been here, Burn, Tino, Gordon and Hall have all made the England team. Ramsey's not daft, he will want some of that.

If they are not chasing the money, I can’t understand why more don’t want to play under him. But yeah the money.

Of those it's Burn who really stands out as a mark of incredible coaching (and hard work on his part). The others likely would have been called up at some point.  That Murphy was realistically in with a shout of a call up is almost as impressive, especially given the depth England have in his position.
