Guess JSL has age on his side to improve, he also scored I think 14 goals for a poor Wolves side last season. Put him in a better side…..

Wissa probably the more guaranteed hit at the moment but four years older I think. I’d go with JSL.

Getting both and selling Isak would be depressing

Not to me. Wissa + a decent backup is all I ask for now.

Paying 60m for said decent backup would be too much though.

Downie going with "in the region" of £50M. So guess it's possible it's not quite that. Either way I don't think they would turn down £70M for him realistically, but we aren't going to bid that..........I hope 😂

I don't think we will end up getting anyone. PSR means only one main striker can be afforded unless you are in the septic 6. Septic six can afford multiple strikers. Everyone else one main person so non of them are for sale.

Can’t say I’ve seen owt to warrant that kind of fee like, but then again if we were buying him from the Bundesliga, with the potential, ala Sesko, people wouldn’t be baulking at the idea of it.

Quite a few didn't want Sesko mind.

I would honestly prefer Jackson.

I'm with you.

I don't buy this "played in a poor side" argument. I consider whether a forwards attributes fit our style of play.

For me, Wissa and Jackson both fit us better than this guy.

Absolutely stupid for us to bid that much for him when Wolves only bought for fraction of that this summer.

If we even get close to that for any player, we should be taking the chance on Samu.
