All in on JSL, like. We’ve been crying out for more presence up front since Wilson effectively stopped being able to contribute.

Yep. Fuck Wissa we want even more height and more hair.

Eddie won’t stop until he’s brought Gulliver’s travels back to life. Clearly a huge ambition of his and one we can all get behind. The day he shifted Ryan Fraser out must have been up there with the very best days of his life

"An offer of €30 million, excluding bonuses, potentially represents the largest sale in FC Nantes' history. Presented Thursday, it came from Wolverhampton and targeted Matthis Abline. And the Canaries' deputy CEO, Franck Kita, politely declined. For the 22-year-old center-forward, under contract until 2028, the exit price raised to €40 million has not budged. Yet it's a sum, €30 million, for a club that isn't rolling in money, and this decision seems like a major effort to ensure Luis Castro can count on the Nantes striker's qualities, among others."

They put that offer in on Thursday at the same time they were in the process of wrapping up a deal for the Nigerian striker they bought from Belgium by the looks of it. Wolves fans seem split 50/50 as to whether it means they were looking at him as an alternative or to bring him in as well to replace an outgoing JSL.

Doesn’t seem dead.

They're potentially signing two strikers for 60 million. I still think this could happen.

I’m all in. Mainly because I said I liked him early on last season and wanted us to sign him. Prior to him hitting a bit of a rough patch, yet still looking dangerous.

Mind you, I did also say Bassong would end up as one of the best CB’s in the world after he left. So I’m not the best when it comes to scouting and judging players

Jan has been the first to report JSL news to be fair.

His son works as one of the main club/player liasons at the PFA, likely to have gotten involved if JSL reached out to figure out his options forcing through a transfer. So, with that in mind, Fjørtoft Seniors tweets might have a grain of actual ITK-ness to them, for once

This one? Could he be Strand Larsen replacement quality @KaKa

Was really good in Belgium last season in particular and ended up top scorer I believe.

He can be a bit untidy in build up play, but he's dangerous in the box. His movement in there is good and he's huge, although he will also have some poor finishes. Basically, his technique can let him down at times in all areas.

They'll probably see him as a similar enough punt as when they went for Strand Larsen from Celta Vigo really.

Obviously he's not on Strand Larsen's level, as he just isn't as good technically, but if they can create chances for him in the box he should cause problems.

Can see why there's still talk that they would want another striker in aside from him, as I'm not sure if you can just throw Tolu in straightaway as the main and only option and be certain he'd deliver.

My brother has just pointed out that JSL has added @adidasfootball to his Instagram profile, apparently the new lad did the same thing.

Probably fuck all, but could be something?

Not just that he has a new boot deal with Adidas and is now sponsored/supplied by them.

40M for a guy that scored 9 goals in Ligue 1 is mental.

The only ways to get another in more its if the dominoes fall, or another out of the blue addition.

i feel for some of the players sometimes. If they express a preference they’d like to come to us - and nothing happens, they’ll get dogs abuse from sections of their own fans.
