Would be nice not to lose to another top 6 team at home. A draw Wouldnt be the worse result. 1-1

You say it as if its a common theme.

We lost to none of the "top 6" at home last season.

They've not won at SJP since 2021. We beat them in 2022 even before Isak arrived. I see no need to go five at the back at home.

Isak had their number, but Gordon also has three goals and an assist in six games plus a short sub appearance against them. We could do with a big performance from him. Wissa aside, we should be close to full strength.

Big one for us is to not concede from a set piece. It's half their threat. Liverpool Arsenal was a bore draw with a freak free kick. There's a good chance Arsenal play conservatively in this game too. Arsenal did it despite us with 10 men, Palace, and Brentford all scoring twice against Liverpool.

I think they beat us 0-2 in 2023.

Shouldn't we be bringing that to every game, though, Mr. Howe...? 😅

I said the same about the atmosphere against Liverpool, yes it will by hyped up against these, but needs to be every game to get the absolute best out of these players.

Going to miss live both games I want to see Sunday. My American Football team (former season ticket holder here) is playing in Dublin and Newcastle United are playing the late game and I will be at the hospital during both games. If I can stay away from the scores I got Sunday afternoon locked down.

As for Arsenal, I have some confidence Eddie will have things ready. Tough game but NUFC are a tough draw too.
