Merseyside Mag
I can't believe people would actually want him back. He has been poor in whatever Liverpool game I have seen. A number of my mates are Liverpool fans and absolutely hate him. I think Santon has been superb this season, and has greater technical ability. He also has more time to develop and grow. thenige
Him on the left, Santon on the right. Nobody in their right mind would suggest him forcing Santon out the side. Still has the same mistakes in his game he had with us (a bizarre ability to play an awful short-range pass giving away possession) but still a top quality fullback, even if he is short of confidence. Superior Acuña
This is going around Puerto Rico (I've got a Puerto Rican on my fb) - people holding this sign out. 'We are all Jose Enrique'. Seems to be for the suffering of Jose, the same one I assume, for his plight.fc
Dokko
Been in good form the last few games apparently. Looks like he's getting on with it finally.

Ishmael
"in terms of history." Would have been better served getting a job at the NHM in London.
Kimbo
He can fuck off, he left talking about champions league and international football, and now he is trying to convince himself and everyone else that it was an awesome move. He clearly should've waited for a better club.
LRD
Misleading headline imo. He speaks of justifying his decision to join Liverpool rather than leaving Newcastle in the article, even if he was rightly slammed for having a dig at us in the past.
colinmk
"If they are going to fire someone as good as Chris [Hughton], they have to then bring in a big name, someone who has won trophies. And that doesn't even mean he will necessarily be better. If they just bring in someone similar, it's a joke." He was spot on there.
Tsunami
He's 29 now and well down the pecking order at Liverpool, been more or less ostracised. I'd happily take him back for a small fee and hopefully he feels he's got a point to prove. Offer him a 2 year deal, it's a shot to nothing and better than we've got. Ste
I'd stay clear. He had a reason to play and impress while here, he'd be coming to wind down his career before finishing in Spain.

Deckard 13
If he'd just kept his mouth shut he'd be remembered rather fondly. As it is, I can only echo the brilliance of him being in goal. One of the best times I've had at a football match.
timeEd32
I mostly agree (that whole Liverpool match was just perfect), but I'll always fondly remember his goal against Forest and the ensuing celebration.

Jack Flash
Unfair to call him a cunt in hindsight. Apart from the top 6 thing (which was a complete fluke) he was right and had the bollocks to speak up about it. "The club is allowing all the major players of the team to go. Seriously, do you think it is the fault of the players? Andy [Carroll], nobby [Kevin Nolan] etc etc. This club will never again fight to be among the top six again with this policy." Paying tribute to the club's fans, he said: "I think you fans are the best and you deserve the best, not what they are doing with the club. Thanks to everyone for supporting me." Switching to English in response to a post, he then wrote: "The [sic] give the money I have already. They lie all the time. But is no for money is because they don't want spend in the club and bring quality players that's why everybody go [sic]."
