From what I saw about the Stockton thing, the FA portal gave them the wrong information about when a player's ban was due to kick in, which they duly followed and then were told he was ineligible. Unless I'm reading the situation wrong it seems really unfair.

In fact I think if we beat Chelsea and Everton, baring a massive swing in goal difference between us Forest and Villa we are mathmatically guaraanteed top 5.

I think he could do with added something to the coaching setup. Its been the same voices since day one, not saying either of JT or GJ should go but I'd like to see an alternative voice to bring some freshness. Could be the tweak to elevate us to a title challenge

I always find this strange. We were fine against Man U and Crystal Palace, poor against Villa, and meh against a dog shit Ipswitch side. I've heard from a few posters in 2025 that we haven't been playing well, but here we are.

Think that's a bit harsh tbh. We absolutely battered both Man Utd and Palace, playing brilliantly in both. Then you've got Leicester and Ipswich which we made light work of. I think we're routinely playing pretty well but have spells in most games where we look untidy. Today we were poor in the first half but were well worth the point in the end.

Judge him on his contribution as a midfielder, in that regard I thought he was better than Bruno and Tonali, both of whom had disappointing games.

Villa and Forest playing tough away games before we face Chelsea should give us a good idea of what is needed. Villa draw and Forest loss then a point again Chelsea will be fine.
