There is a comparison to be made as both of these clubs appointed mangers who came in to their respective clubs and adapted to what they had. Club stature, expectations and pressure haven't dictated what Amorim did. If anything he went against the traditions of the club. This stubbornness has led to them needing more new players and more time to get his ideas across. The outcome of this season has been shambolic from the managers point of view. All because of his refusal to change. He has not got that team playing anywhere near their potential.
