We definitely need to be relegated. It's the only way of gutting the club of these useless twats.
-
He's got a better resume than any manager we've appointed since Dalglish.
-
Wouldn't be a surprise. We seem to follow players for a bit and go back for them. Thauvin out of favour at Marseille.
-
We don't have to work hard to get under his skin. I went to a Blackburn game in the season they were relegated and their fans chanted 'Kean out, Venky's out' constantly. It was brilliant and ridiculously simple.

Surely Editor trumps writer?
-
Isnt Ryder in charge of Douglas? Don't think so. Ryder is chief sports writer and Douglas is Newcastle Unitee Editor apparently.
-
Just had a lovely Twitter debate with Douglas about how pathetic the local press are. What a clown man. Imagine being in charge of Ryder and being happy with the shite he puts out.
-
He's starting to reach the same point as Sissoko and Tiote whereby no fucker is going to want to buy him in the summer.
-
That would have been me pulling him up. Cunt of the highest order.

It was strange yesterday as Palace were really aggressive second half. They played direct with two widemen and then Murray and Bolasie up top in a fairly simple big man-little man combo. We played a slightly more sophisticated version of it under Bobby but it can be really effective when done right. Unfortunately Pardew never attempted to play anything like that with us.
-
The main concern is finding someone to buy the club. We could really do with someone like Shearer doing a bit of a Niall Quinn and bringing some investors to the table. These ex players are all keen to give a little soundbite saying how shit everything is but we really need them to be actively supporting something like this.

He's not even that highly regarded at Forest, man. Jenas had captained them and was the first name on their teamsheet. I'd accuse you of playing devil's advocate but it's more like devil's fucking idiot. The authority on all has spoken. If you track the amount of games played, the international recognition and the media reported interest in each player, there's barely a difference. For Jenas to suggest that first division players wouldn't be interested in joining us in nonsense- they're exactly the same as all these French internationals. They want a stage to perform and would jump at whatever we provide rather than stay at a mid table championship club.
-
Jamaal Lascelles- who was recently asked to train with the full England squad- isn't highly rated? He's in an almost identical situation to Jenas. Linked with a large number of Prem teams and well regarded at international level.
-
He was referring to if he had his time again, not if he was at Forest now. Exactly- but two players in his exact position have signed for us. It's much easier for him to say in theory than in practice.
-
Hard to understand how that means anything in reality since we signed their two best prospects last summer.

Bairn goes to be at 8 so this clashes with Game of Thrones. Tough choice... -
Can someone remind me who De Jong replaced?

Your mates must be mentally challenged if they don't see it. We're as good as safe and will be in the shit next season with Carver, the more we lose the lesser chance we've got of seeing him here next season. Totally agree. They just can't support against the side. Obviously they have no understanding of long term thinking.

You missed off the bit about how a win pushes Carver closer to being made manager permanantly. -
Best's link up play and ability in the air was far superior than Rivière's though. He was a superb foil for Demba and would be for Cisse now. What I'd give for a striker who could control the ball, hold off a defender and bring someone into play.

We started with worse on Saturday.

A real smashing has been long overdue. They could easily score 10 if they wanted. -
Delighted to see Carver believing he's a manager. Either he gets the gig and gets binned off shortly after with us in danger of relegation or someone else gets the gig and Carver leaves in a huff due to his delusion that he's a manager. Either way, the twat is out of the club so that would be two down.
