For years now I've thought all we really needed was a good attack minded manager who would get the best out of the players we have. But now I realize that we've all been taken in by sky's hype. I've now come to the conclusion that a lot will already know..... the England players just aren't that good. The fact of the matter is without the foreign players in a lot of cases making the English ones look better than they actually are the Premier league would be one of the worst around.

Would like to take a gamble on Will Huges to replace him in the squad.

Should impose a 1 year loan ban on new signings, that might stop younger players signing for the Man City's or Chelsea's if they know they'll have to sit it out in the reserves for a year.

The thing to worry about is, are they even looking for a replacement? Knowing these lot, probably not.

The thing is to be manager you have to have the respect of the players really. You can try and use fear I suppose but in this day and age of player power that's getting more and more pointless. That's where McClaren really shows himself up in my opinion, he just doesn't have the respect or inspire anyone let alone the players. How many of the foreign players will really know much about him apart from he was the man who couldn't get England to a major finals with their so called golden generation. Look at sir Bobby or Keegan, I know these types are few and far between but look what at they can do with players by inspiring them. Who out of our squad would run though brick walls for him like players would for the other two.

This is when the Ashleyout campaign needs to ramp shit up. Although the campaign by itself probably won't shift him, the negative press and scrutiny this type of thing brings with it could. The national media seems to be making a beeline for sports direct (about time!) and any extra negative press about him and Newcastle could see it's shareholders put pressure on Ashley to cut ties. The thing is charnley hasn't a clue. The thing to remember is that Charnley/Ashley is never going to get rid of a "Head Coach" under contract here (simply because they are not willing to pay up his contract). Pardew proved that. They will dress it up no end as "having faith in the "Head Coach"" or some shite but it's all about saving money. So no matter how bad the football is, or even relegation imo, the new "Head Coach" will be here for the duration of their contract. This HAS to be the right choice. I'm not confident it will be. And I don't think McClaren is the right choice. Not as bad as some, but still not the right one.

According to Charnley there would be no more "jobs for the boys" type of appointments. But if the Mail article (debatable I know like) is to be believed is says "The former England manager has a close relationship with Carr and has connections with the club’s hierarchy." Mmmmm..... Sounds like that's exactly what you're doing dickhead!!!!

This club man.... No news on a new manager. No news on any transfers. No news on injured players. No news on Ashleys intentions. Get fucking 'no news' translated into Latin and put that on the club crest.

The thing is though, the more people voice their opinions at the match, the more the press will pick up on it. It's once it gets in the media that it'll make him take notice. He'll not want the full media glare on him and his other businesses.

This has to be a fix the amount of away ties we get.
