The problem is I don't think anyone will change the players, they all colectivly don't give a shit, and we are heading for the drop because of it. Personally, I don't think he's the biggest problem, the first team, squad, owner, scout and 'Chief Exec' are all bigger issues, but he's not the right bloke for this job either.
