mrmojorisin75
Your comprehension skills are awful. SMC is a poor manager but the squad isn't significantly better. We should be doing better but we are long way (and yes, a spine of a team is a long way) from being in that bracket just below the top 6-7 with Everton or Soton. This isn't 1972. The most important thing in modern football is money. Making the people who control it - the most important people. That's why you get Abramovic or Venky's. TCD - Sam Allardyce says Hai. He also says that without money there is no way a manager can influence a squad of utterly shit, abject players You two should talk.
nufc4eva
He's just not a good manager. We are worse than we were with Carver. He has not managed to get players to play as a team, put up with the shit the so called big players serve up and can't organise shit.
toontownman
Fuck me, forgot he was on the board. Truly fooked. He and his team are out of their depth. At least Steve Black is cool Craic. Done a sterling job with his two appointments prior too, can see why he was an immediate choice for the team.
triggs
hard to see how he can turn it around but then again its hard to see how any manager in the world could turn this shower of shite into a competent team. Someone with a bit of charisma and authority would be a start charisma and authority won't magic our defense into one fit for purpose I agree but the players just seem to have no respect for him whatsoever

Minhosa
If you think about the character/personality we need to replace him there is literally nobody of that ilk available. Klopp was the last one and clearly out of our reach. You can forget the likes of David Moyes.

ujpest doza
He's got to go tonight, he simply cannot motivate the players and hasn't got the balls to drop any of the so called stars who are just coasting.
sparkzter
its mental al how the players are getting away with it. Only in football could you effectively not do your job, or even slightly try every week and get away with it. Totally boils my piss.
St1pe
I wouldn't be massively surprised to see him walk.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Needs to go and be replaced with a big name, a galvaniser. Some no mark weedling is not what's needed, no matter how much of a good coach they are. But no mark weedlings come cheap, and cost is what's most important. Guest
I'd love to know what's happened between the Norwich, Sunderland & Stoke games and the last three. I know we weren't exactly 1970 Brazil but we were making chances and not looking like acid on the eyes. Last 3 games is as bad as I've seen.

Gallowgate Toon
Can't see him coming back from this like. Me neither. Best bet, if he did warn some of them that it was their last chance, would be to make wholesale changes and set the team up to be more solid defensively and grind it out until Jan. Obviously, that would require us to buy good players in the next window for it to work.
Dave
its mental al how the players are getting away with it. Only in football could you effectively not do your job, or even slightly try every week and get away with it. Totally boils my piss. They're not, though. The majority of the cunts are hated. Unless you mean about their respective contractual situations. But then again most manager get paid off for being shit.

I've seen us relegated 3 times and can't remember us ever being as bad as we have been these past 2 games. There's just no spark, no effort whatsoever. We're so fragile it's unreal. I know QPR was shocking but I think he's the best bet under this lot.
