David Icke - Son of God
I take it nobody rates Tiote anymore ? Based on his performances for a substantial time now, why would anyone? He needs a manager who understands his limitations.
toontownman
4-3-1-2 could work if we played something like this: Debuchey Mbiwa Colo Santon Sissoko Cabaye Marveux Ben Arfa Gomis Cisse There is enough pace there for the player to run the channels and still add width. Pardew starting Marveaux?
Mole_Toonfan
Reckon we'll do this one. Lyon aren't really in a position of power here. They would be nuts to reject it tbh; last year of contract, player seems to have gone AWOL and chairman seemingly wants rid anyway. I highly doubt they will get a better offer, i'm actually surprised we have gone this high.

Klaus
We must think highly of him like, very surprised we have offered this much, especially now Cisse appears to be staying.

Hopefully this will bring Aulas to his senses that he is unlikely to get better.

TRon
This is more like it. A good deal for both clubs so if it gets rejected Aulas wants shooting.

Skeletor
I keep reading that he would prefer Marseille and it makes me sad :'( It only seems to be Get French Football News who keep beating this drum. Like they did with Cabaye to Monaco/PSG being absolutely nailed on and there was contact between the clubs despite it being denied.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
How reliable are GFN? Some on twitter seem to take what they say as gospel but others have referred to them as the french equivalent of the sun.
Mole_Toonfan
GFN France is basically a news hub. They get all their info from sources in France like L'Equipe, RMC etc etc. So what they usually say is usually quite reliable even if it isn't from them as they like to make out. So who ever reported that Gomis want Marseille story is where they are getting it from, they are nothing themselves.

Sick of their crap saying how great they are, when all they do is read French media and tweet it.
henke
If £6.9m is true then i'm surprised we've gone as high as that, seems a good deal for Lyon given he's in his final year and they don't like him.
