Which is embarrassing considering at the start of the window we needed that plus another CB and attacking/creative mid. Good point.... i find it unlikely that RMC would be wrong about a french based transfer its not like the story was leaked by someone in the club. It was leaked from France which makes me believe a bid has actually happened. We almost got relegated a few months ago, our squad is smaller and weaker, our best player doesn't want to play for us, we have had 3 terrible performances so far, and Pardew is still touting our players to fellow teams in the league.
