Ronaldo
Remember when we sold Ba and played Shola up front with Cisse on the wing The moment that formation went up vs. Everton on Sky is an image that still haunts the darkest verandas of my dreams. Cisse scored early on as well didn't he? That was the game after Ba left.

lovejoy
It's good that he's back, because all evidence I've seen this season suggests he's still our best bet up front for scoring a goal. Which is fairly pathetic. Yep.

The College Dropout
Liked one move he made in the box in particular. Maybe 5 minutes before the goal. Remember thinking if Mitro moved like that when a cross comes in he'd score more. 5 minutes later it happened.
LoveItIfWeBeatU
He was grinning away when he came on. We're a goal down at home to Sunderland in a crucial relegation game and he's smiling like he's just heard a good joke.

LoveItIfWeBeatU
It's the way he is win, lose or draw. It grates when he misses a chance or we lose a game and he's grinning.

We're a goal down at home to Sunderland in a crucial relegation game and he's smiling like he's just heard a good joke. It actually makes me feel more confident, it feels like he's less likely to choke in front of goal like quite a few others are doing at the moment. We've hardly seen a decent strike in the last few games.
Karjala
We were a better team when Cisse came on, need the fucker fit as he could be the difference for us.
Ronaldo
We were. He should start most of our remaining games.
LoveItIfWeBeatU
I'd start him (if he's fit enough) in our remaining games. He's probably still our most likely goal scorer even though he's not the player he once was. He needs someone like Mitro up with him though as he doesn't hold the ball up when he's up front on his own. Hopefully we'll see him smile due to scoring goals. Dr Venkman
Yeah, still our best chance of a goal, he might be back just in time.
timeEd32
I've been fed up with Cisse for awhile now, but I instantly felt like we might score when he came on.

themanupstairs
Sat on the bench for 60 odd minutes and still can't remember to remove his ring before coming on as sub. It's petty but it shows a lack of focus tbh. I hope I'm just making a meal out of nothing and he can knock 3 or 4 goals between now and the end of the season to help keep us up. nufcjb
He needs to play but only if Mitro plays alongside him or he'll just waste time getting offside all the time. Mitro can play the knockdowns and layoff for him and hopefully he puts it in. He's our 'Defoe'.

AyeDubbleYoo
He has better movement than anyone else in our team for sure, he's a proper striker in that sense.
sugoinufc
remember that he hardly had any service or partner up front for 2-3 seasons. Maybe he and mitro could be good together?
The College Dropout
He has better movement than anyone else in our team for sure, he's a proper striker in that sense. Aye. Noticed that straight away. Him being up front helps Mitro as he'll distract defenders at the very least.

Noticed that straight away. Him being up front helps Mitro as he'll distract defenders at the very least. Absolutely, at the moment Mitro is hampered by the fact that every match both centre backs attack him for 90 minutes. Cisse being up there with him would confuse/distract them and open up space for Mitro. I think the two could work well together, they'd be our funniest looking strike pairing ever though That is on the basis that Cisse plays up front and not "behind" Mitro or on the wing as we all know that means Cisse will be nowhere near Mitro. HawK
Big man and poacher is the oldest trick in the book. We've got the players to set up a 4-4-2 to do it as well. But Rafa
