Mazzy
Never thought I'd live to see the day. That's a stupid decision i think, but it'll put the shits up Everton. New manager bounce might do them some good and get Burnley a few wins.
54
Really weird that, he's pretty much a legend at the club, is there best bet for survival as well as getting back up should they actually go down.
STM
Gamble sacking him. If this doesn't work, they won't come back up. Would be hilarious if they now stayed up at Evertons expense.

STM
We do know that statistically, the new manager bounce doesn't exist right? Be really interesting to see who they hire. They can't hire a progressive manager because they won't have enough time to change the culture. It will have to be a pragmatic move. Rafa?
Guest neesy111
Probably something to do with that ridiculous takeover they had.
Tiresias
Mad way too late and feel he's probably owed chance to take them straight back up too
STM
Rafa keeping Burnley up would make the scouse mackems cry.

This. They might get relegated, but I am pretty certain they would could straight back up with Dyche. They'd win loads of games 2-1, 1-0 at home in Championship under Dyche. gbandit
Guaranteed relegation for them now, idiots
Mazzy
Dyche is so synonymous with Burnley it makes it hard to think what kind of manager they'll get in. Farke maybe? Woodgate perhaps? Allardyce would be too obvious surely?

No time for anyone to turn it around and I don’t love Dyche but he deserves more than that from Burnley. Can see them enjoying a lengthy stay in the championship

SiLvOR
Wow, despite their league position, this is very surprising. Think they were always going down anyway, this all but confirms it.
Big River
fuck sake they’re going to use the Wood money to go get Pep. I can’t believe we’ve done this.
Danh1
Benitez coming in and saving them, relegating the Scouse Mackems. Would prefer that to a lottery win.

Kimbo
He’s done an incredible job at that club over the years. When they go down they won’t be back for a while, possibly ever.
STM
Allardyce being appointed would confirm everything I thought about Burnley.
