I hate the over focus on predictive stats by amateur stat nonces presenting shoulda, woulda, coulda arguments about a game that’s played by real people, not robots. Never seen anything from him to suggest he’ll make a decent manager yet he’s still employed at a Championship club. No surprise the options of managers is on the knees at the moment, need to start investing in coaching and management as a route into the sport rather than just over promoting ex-players.
