AyeDubbleYoo
Is Wenger getting peddled for being humped by City at the weekend? Arsenal are top of the league like.

Troll
Jaime Redknapp sounded bitter as fuck on SSN when talking about Spurs because his Dad lost his job there. He's basically said he's paid the price for selling Bale and not getting anyone as good to replace him.

BrettNUFC
Is Wenger getting peddled for being humped by City at the weekend? Arsenal are top of the league like. And even in that game they still played some excellent football. Think Arsenal should have been praised for being in a great game of football, not their manager being peddled because they conceded 6. Strange post by SSR.

Foluwashola
Six points off second. Tbf we've spent nowt to be in this position and the majority on here want our manager sacked. Don't like AVB but these sackings are out of control. Can't expect the team to gel instantly after the widespread changes over the summer.
buzza
I think they are right to sack him, he has just spent over 100m quid and the team looks awful! It is him who has asked for those players, if he can't get them to work or for him to adapt a system that works well for them then get someone in who can... Would like to see Hiddink back in the prem.
Hughesy
Jaime Redknapp sounded bitter as f*** on SSN when talking about Spurs because his Dad lost his job there. He is always is when you hear talk about Spurs.
alexf
Depends who you believe but the other theory is he didn't pick those players but was given them by Baldini.
Guest firetotheworks
Really shortsighted by Spurs, but I'm not suprised by this type of sacking anymore.
S.S.R.
Seems like the margins for being a shit/great manager rests on a couple of results. Tim Krul doesn't have the game of this life at WHL and they nick a winner against Chelsea rather than draw, it looks a lot different.
Ameritoon
Capello was at WHL doing commentary for Sky Italia.

The College Dropout
I've watched Spurs probably more times outside Newcastle than any other team this season. If when they where flying high they looked very poor. For all of Rodgers BS you can see he has a plan and a vision. AVB is clueless.
BrettNUFC
Always a difficult situation for a manager to be in when he doesn't bring in his own players but 9 times out of 10 they would have known that they'd be in that position before they took the job. Not often you see the head of the recruitment being sacked over the manager though.

Don't like AVB but these sackings are out of control. Can't expect the team to gel instantly after the widespread changes over the summer. This. Absolute joke to spend around 100m and then sack him 3 months later.... how can you expect all those players to gel? keep in mind that this time last year Arsenal were 10th after making several changes in the summer but did they sack Wenger? did they f*ck. Also for all the hate for AVB and clueless he apparently is, he has the best win rate of any Tottenham manager since the 1800s

Also for all the hate for AVB and clueless he apparently is, he has the best win rate of any Tottenham manager since the 1800s A flip side to that would be how can AVB expect his side to gel when he's making 4/5 changes between matches. Different defender combinations, different types of wingers, different central midfield roles. I do rate AVB but i've criticised his rotation policy numerous times on here as a massive burden on his side not being able to gel.
LRD
So much truth in Wenger's words a few months back. “There is a technical risk when you buy more than three players because you unbalance the stability of your squad,” he said. “I know in England it’s seen as a good thing to get new players, but it’s difficult when you bring in so many to predict how well they will do.” “If a director of football buys the players, when they don’t work you are guilty for not using them well,” “When they work, he has bought well. I’m not against having people to help me buy and sell but I think the final decision has to always be with the manager. “He is the one who is responsible for the team’s style and results. It makes sense that the manager chooses the players who come in.” Baldini was AVB's choice as DoF btw.
