Mick
He played well and surprised me at how effective he was.
DJ_NUFC
Unfortunately after this, it seems like Mitro is finished at this club. Murphy can play 2 more seasons and still contribute more. Was fantastic the last 2 games, I want him starting again.
hakka
He played well and surprised me at how effective he was. Surprised by the tiny bit of pace he showed too!
Disco
Can only run for 45mins but he's proved his worth during said cameos every time.
Ronaldo
He played well and surprised me at how effective he was. Surprised by the tiny bit of pace he showed too! Yeah I've noticed he's not half as slow as you'd think. Got a long stride.
Guest palnese
You can stick your false 9 up your arse. Prefer a proper target man any day of the week.
TRon
None of the radgie showboating that Mitro has, but just does the right things a striker should in the right areas.
AyeDubbleYoo
None of the radgie showboating that Mitro has, but just does the right things a striker should in the right areas. He does have 10 years more experience TBF.
samptime29
Played well today. Impressive tbh. Scored a few important goals this season. Brentford win was vital after a few losses previously. 2nd goal was massive today.
Minhosa
That was a much harder finish than he made it look. Quality effort.

Newcastle Fan
He was really good today, i did think he got a bit lucky with how the ball went in but credit for him for taking it on. deserves to start next game while Gayle is still coming back. HaydnNUFC
Brought in exactly what he has been brought in to do. Like him.
huss9
how the fuck did they convince ashley to fork out £3m for him?
toontownman
Was about to scream that he didn't cut it back. Class composure though. Little lucky with the circumstance after a poor touch but did well in the end. Been a solid pick up. Don't see him staying past this year.
Guest alijmitchell
I think he's great, does all the right stuff and finishes well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
TRon
None of the radgie showboating that Mitro has, but just does the right things a striker should in the right areas. He does have 10 years more experience TBF. He does, but being in the right place and then finishing are instincts that you need to have at a basic level even if you are a young striker. I don't think you should need to still be learning those at this level.
joeyt
I'm pretty sure Murphy was used a lot on the wing for Sunderland 10 years ago. He clearly knows his game really well now through experience and has made some really vital contributions to our season so far
Pilko
Experience, knowledge and graft. Brilliant target man at this level.

Wilson
championship defenders are actually worried about him. i like him.
merlin
Becoming a bit of a cult hero like Kilcline was in KKs early teams...big strong guys both and both better players than they seemed by their stance. Murphy has done a great job whenever he has been put in the side and he unsettled Brighton defenders as well as scoring a crucial goal at Huddersfield. Glad for him as he will hopefully now gain a Championship winners medal at the end of the season and probably take that with him as a memento of his time at NUFC because I cannot see him being around after this season because of his age. A great buy by Rafa.
nufcjb
Love this guy. Waits patiently for his chance and takes them when given. Hope our other reserve players like Hanley and Lazaar are just like him too. Proper pro.

Hope our other reserve players like Hanley and Lazaar are just like him too. Proper pro. absolutely. Was nice to see Hanley at the end, he couldn't have looked more delighted if he had scored the winning goal. Good sign.
