It wouldn’t be an outcry if we knew what it was from day one.

There'd be outcry from day 1 if we're just developing a player just to lose him to a rival 3 years time for below the market value

Feel like Oscar Bobb has been living off that late winning goal he scored against us. I imagine alot of fans won't have actually watched him that much, especially since he got the broken leg and was out for ages.

Surely a PL team has to look at taking a punt on Vipotnik from Swansea? Absolutely rattling them in at the moment.

The next Sam Szmodics.

Champo fodder all day long.

Tbf the rate most Premier League strikers are performing this season, if he could get 7 or 8 PL goals he's not far off most and probably at a much cheaper price.

Could definitely see a promoted side taking the plunge this summer.

I've been banging this drum all season

He's got something, could certainly have a Mitro at Fulham level spell in the premier league.

He's still very young and has jumped a level this season compared to last. I'd happily take him as a third striker if/when Osula leaves and see him develop.

Annoying thing is he would have been £5-£10m in the summer, looking at closer to £15-£20m this summer.

He's better than that other bloke Slovenia have up front anyway!

PSR working though. Arsenal injury start of season, sign Eze and now not needed. Man City injuries, sign Semenyo / Guehi. Villa, digging around the bargain bin.

Yup everything working as planned. Restrict investment and increase the amount of games. The system is as beneficial to the cartel as possible.

Wonder if this affects their pursuit of Abraham? They seem to do business quite close to the edge, PSR wise.

Don't worry there'll be some mug out there ready to buy one of their reserve homegrown midfielders for £42m <that's a joke BTW!>.

Best mate at work is a Palace fan and he's gutted but also did say at the start of the season that all of this would happen, just maybe not all as quickly and in one go.

Winning the FA Cup then losing Eze, Guehi, Mateta, and Glasner all within what's looking like 8 months is disastrous like.

I've no love for Palace but it's an incredibly depressing tale and another sorry indictment of the financial order which has been established in the Premier League. In fairness to them, they've criticised PSR and even suggested amendments to try and level the playing field a bit, but there were no takers and, what do you know - the ceiling they've had enforced on them has been hit.

Seems like it's been pure misery for them since the cup win; the Europa debacle and poor performance in it, losing key players in the summer, Glasner's situation, cup embarrassment, more players leaving in January... I do sympathise a bit.

I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure Palace/Parish are one of the biggest supporters of PSR.
