Nine
Not sure he’s sold in the short-mid term. If he can get his head around not starting then he might have a future here playing less minutes and putting less stress on his body while still being a useful player. He’d still be a great asset in that kind of role even with his fitness record. I see him sticking around as he gets older as his relationship with Howe seems to be very good and teams now won’t be willing to take a punt on him as much as the player would like, a move across the continent might be likely but no PL side will sign him and assure him with minutes as you just can’t with his consistent injury troubles. The Prophet
Confirmed on his podcast that he felt tightness in his hamstring the day before Bournemouth. The decision not to play was made by him and the medical staff.
nufcjb
Don't think he'll be risked this weekend then? Maybe just on the bench.
Jaqen
Isak should be playing regardless after his performance against Liverpool last time out. They're probably the perfect opponents for him with how they defend.

Kid Icarus
That attempted finish pissed me off so much Absolutely shit and he took it like he's in great form and everything's going in for him, when the reality is that he's in awful form and needed to play it with so much more conviction. I'm dangerously close to reigniting the 'too casual' Perez debate. But it was.
HaydnNUFC
Was a finish like a striker who has scored 1 goal in 11 appearances.
Wandy
We need another striker in the summer, no question. Wilson has always been injury-prone, but dependable. Now he’s still injury-prone but becoming undependable.

Guest reefatoon
He’s been piss poor since the season started back up after the World Cup.

Lush Vlad
I’m pretty sure he’ll start the final. But I think I’d rather Isak started. Just with his pace and movement to create space and the way he linked up with ASM. Especially on the break. Wilson really hasn’t been himself since Covid. Looks leggy and half a yard off it. Ronaldo
Yeah we need to find a striker badly this summer. A Demba Ba type with the nous and execution to finish half chances and hold the ball in isolation would be ideal.

He links play quickly, makes good decisions on the ball to move it with maximum efficiency, and even missed the chance in the right way if there is such a thing.
