No doubts in my mind with Bruce in control, we are going down. No way can we rely on others to be more shite.  We are in the bottom 3 based on the last 12 games with just 8 points from 36. Do the maths. Only West Brom and Sheffield worse than us and we gave Sheffield 3 or their 4 points.  Bottom on just about every other statistic you can think of..

As a Fulham or West Brom fan I'm looking at us 8-10 points ahead after beating Everton today and thinking "they're going to be safe". As a Newcastle fan you're looking at it thinking there's a long, long way to go yet.

Gone from probably an 8 before today to a 3 now.

 

As long as we pick up some draws I think 3 more wins would be enough. Mainly because the bottom 3 all had such a bad start.
