Die interne Kommunikation mit dem Vorstand und mit den Spielern auf dem Platz ist toll, weil sie die Spieler besser macht und für junge Spieler ist es toll, weil es taktisch sehr gut ist Externe Kommunikation mit den Medien ist nicht seine Stärke, zumindest in Deutschland war es so. Vielleicht lag das an der deutsch-französischen Sprachbarriere.

The way I look at it is if someone offered us Howe in August we would have bitten their hands off. The new owners wanted more so tried for higher profile managers but due to our position none of them will join We will have an actual system for the first time since Rafa left. I'm kind of excited now.

Play Dubravka. He won't allow the defence to drop so deep. If Dubravka isn't fit, drop Lascelles as he's doing a shite job of leading .

Favre is a coach who is very polarized, like him or not. The internal communication with the board and with the players on the field is great because it makes the players better and for young players it is great because it is tactically very good. External communication with the media is not his strength, at least it was in Germany it so. Perhaps that was due to the Franco-German language barrier.
 

Alles in allem war Emery das Ziel Nummer eins und ich denke, er ist in dieser Hinsicht Favre sehr ähnlich. Es sollte also kein riesiger Stolperstein sein?

All that said, Emery was the number one target and I feel he is very similar in that respect to Favre. So it shouldn't be a huge stumbling block?

But how many teams in that kinda position a) get taken over and b) become richest club in the world in the process?

 

Most teams just get fat sam in and pray.  

 

Its not going to be easy but if we can't turn around 6 point deficit then we deserve it.
