It's the sort of game where we know Leeds are way better than us, but they will always give us a chance because of the way they play. Especially with no Phillips or Bamford. Ridman Posted January 17, 2022 Share Posted January 17, 2022 (edited) 3 points and 6 goals scored in 9 away games this season. I want to be optimistic but don't think there is much reason to be so. Trippier is obviously a fantastic pick-up and despite an underwhelming debut I think Wood is a decent buy, though I'd obiously rather have Wilson up front. So around mid January we've only improved one position in our starting XI. I thought we'd be more prepared come the transfer window and there would be more players brought in by now. Obviously difficult getting players in during this stage but we are in desperate need of more.
