But seriously my view is that the LC game was unnecessary minutes for Bruno. His view is that the game was like a training session in terms of intensity.

I just do not believe that's remotely true. He doubled-down on that view too. There's not much else to say to that but agree to disagree, - "ok man".

Just noticed his next internationals are in South Korea and Japan.

If we want to be a big team we need to tell him he has a 'knock' and cant go.

FFS. Even the national teams are grifty cunts.

I used to think this too but I don't think it's feasible and would likely so more harm than good. Best case is a compromise is reached and we ask Brazil not to take the piss like they did last break.

For a friendly though it’s a bit more understandable.

Telling our passionate Brazilian captain that he can't represent his country, even in a friendly, is a genuinely terrible idea. He seems to be completely in love with the club, see how long that lasts once we're putting limits on which dreams he is and isn't allowed to live.

I’ve always felt that he does better when he is in a high volume of matches and has repetitive time on the pitch, allowing him to find his groove. when he has a break, I feel like he drops off a level.

More so he missed the Bournemouth game due to internationals, it’s only a friendly. Maybe he misses the Brighton game if he plays both games.

Want him to stop running around angry and stick to being skillful and creative. He's our best at it. Think him and Tonali would be ridiculous in a double pivot. Seeing Gordon inside more last night, maybe he could play off the striker? Maybe JL....he's better facing upfield than his own goal.

best performance from him today for a while. Passing on point, decisive and made the right plays. Pressing really well all game and led to the pen. Topped off with a fantastic goal. I am probably one of his harshest critics here but fair play to him indeed

He has these games a lot where he's unspectacular (or worse) but pops up with some absolutely crucial goals or assists. He basically won it for us today, along with Tonali, who absolutely ran the game in the second half.

Thought he played some absolutely excellent passes between CBs and wing backs.

Aye thought he was excellent, I would actually to see him on the ball even more than he is. Especially if nothing is coming off out wide.
