It would have been a sportswashing circus without PSR. In 20 years time you've have had 20 teams all owned by the middle east just firing money between each other as if it's some sort of plaything.

As it stands, your owners are free to pump billions into a new stadium, new training ground, new youth facilities etc. and you will suffer no PSR consequence. In time your youth products will improve and you will be selling them for large amounts similar to Man City. You can compete just fine, it's just going to take time for you to become title challengers and start attracting the very best players. Do any of you truly believe you won't be at or near the top in the next 15 years?

If the shoe was on the other foot, and PIF had bought us, I believe you'd be counting your blessings that PSR exists.

Why should we have to wait 15 years to be able to compete with the cartel while you make hay and continue to lock up everything in the meantime?

Man U fans were desperate for middle east investment, I can guarantee you would have wanted zillions spent on the squad as well as the infrastructure. You deserve getting fleeced by your American owners if you are bringing that attitude. Hope they keep piling the debt on and creaming off the profits for themselves.  :morph:

Now you are just barefaced lying.

Feel free to go back and check my posts. Unless by Man United fans you mean Mark Goldbridge and lads on Twitter.

We got the lesser of two evils.

Long live the Glazers and their stranglehold on Man U. That is all. :indi:

They will be back toward the top, if not this season then next.  They have PSR spending power throughand historic pull.

The current system is probably what the Glazers want be cause when Man Utd do get back up there, they will stay.

The yanks want minimal jeopardy sport, so keep the top teams where they are and make sure, as best you can, they stay there

Seskos numbers aren't great at all to be asking for that price.

Ekitike atleast had a breakout season last year to somewhat warrant that price.

Ekitike scored 1 more goal

Why would I check your posts if I think you are lying? You'd just be lying then as well.

Fans of the cartel clubs understandably want to preserve the status quo. It obviously pisses them off when Man City come in and start kicking their arse from down the road. I was not a fan of this outside investment either, but I'm definitely not a fan of pulling up the drawbridge once a few clubs have used the cash to launch themselves into the top tier.

Because I said from the beginning that wasn't what I wanted. I thought you were implying that I'm only saying I didn't want that now because it didn't happen.

I don’t know how reliable James Ducker is these days but he reckons Man Utd will struggle to do the Sesko deal without sales first.

It’s a flip of a coin between Watkins and Sesko for me, if they get one and we get the other I think both clubs will be happy either way.

Sesko I’d rather we avoid. His agent has been touting him out all summer with no-one biting, and RB price point is just not warranted.

Rather go for Ferran Torres as the striker option.

Don’t get the love for Torres, who’s only ever been decent. Seskos ceiling is beyond Torres surely.

Also worth noting I think the fee is ridiculous and I'm not convinced by him at all, but then I thought Isak's fee was big too.

Sesko is exciting but Watkins is basically a dead cert to replace Isak's goal contributions next season.

They would never sell to us unless absolutely ridiculous money. Rightly so from them. He has no resale value either. Would be a great signing apart from that aye.
