At least there is that justification with giving it to the likes of an Isak, whereas once you start dishing out big money for someone like Ramsey then it becomes difficult to justify not giving it to the likes of Hall, Livramento and Barnes. I assume Howe does and he gets CL here. Obviously that's Villas goal to obtain for next season too but the reasons to leave are higher than those to stay, sentimentality aside. Actually on the headline he says 'Ramsey arrives' but says in the video there's a bit more work to do.
