bit mad that he's been in his best form all season by absolutely miles and doesn't get called up, when he got called up every time whilst in poor form . Not really convinced Tommy has been watching many games by his selections. Just seems very vibes-based so far.
-
He won't go but for me is £70M minimum really. Then I would consider it.

According to various sources we had quite a bit of money to spend this summer. Especially if we get CL we won't sell players like him unless a very high bid comes in. We don't need to, and there's a lot of value in having quality players who already knows the system and the teammates. That by itself makes up for a price tag that just about no club will meet (and that's before the young and english tax).

Saw this on LinkedIn from some sad mackem: What do you know, the whole thing is about Newcastle and based on a Newcastle song sad fucking freaks. Hope they get dicked tomorrow.
-
Nah, can’t see it.

Manchester United’s total debt, including around £300M owing on transfers, is now in excess of £1BN. Although the club is set to generate up to £160M this year from day-to-day activities, it means there will still be a 6th consecutive year of losses = £450M. (MailSport)

Did he get banned in the end or was that a fever dream?

Disagree personally, we’ve already progressed without selling our best players. We’ve gone from relegation threatened to CL and we’re about 48 hours away from potential CL football again. We’re going to have a quality amount of money to spend this summer window. There’s absolutely no need for us to sell from a “progressing as a club” perspective. The idea that we could use this money to find two Tino’s is extremely fanciful. We could easily spend it all and end up further behind where we are now

I did, but some makem player I’ve never heard of has cut his head off

Why do you think they’ll play like that? I can see the total opposite happening. They’ll all have their holidays booked for Monday morning, they can’t move in the table, players injured, a SJP absolutely rampant along with players coming at them 100 miles an hour. I imagine they’d rather be anywhere else than SJP on Sunday. Suppose we’ll find out. -
It's not a criticism of us, we've had an amazing season. I would much rather have our season than the one Spurs have had. But it just feels wrong that they could end up in the CL despite being more in danger of relegation than qualifying through performance.
-
Bloody hell. Now that is freak behaviour.

Match is now advertised on Premier Sports 1 on Sky , Channel 412( not sure if just Ireland only)
-
eh do you know Sam Fender?

Wouldn't really mind either outcome tomorrow, I can see why people would want nothing but misery for them based on some of the posts shared in here from RTG and social media, however I'm not sure either of those places are an entirely fair representation of their fans. For me the derby day dread/anticipation does add something to the football season; albeit not as much as in previous years, as it's certainly been replaced by the anticipation of the high stakes games we play nowadays challenging at the top end of the league. Actually, I foresee us having to play them away in an early Saturday kick-off after playing Real Madrid away on the Wednesday and I'd rather not.

It makes sense when you have a series of unequal tournaments. It's basically a winner take all promotion system. And the CL winner gets the biggest bag of money, access to the CL, UEFA Super Cup, and now also the Club World Cup.

He's very good but that's an insane fee. He's young and he could be there for years but that's got to be a risk going for that big a fee
-
Not that I’m aware of And actually I played against him on FIFA and he was Sunderland and I was Newcastle. True story

Grew up in the infamous south London cages. It shows in his play

Isak the best/worst example of this. Early on. Fans and the media were making out like £70-80m would be enough

The only reason we are talking about this is because supposedly City like him. I'm sure they do, but that doesn't mean he wants to go, or that we will agree to sell him unless it's for outrageous money.
