People spout that nonsense every time there is a transfer of a player currently injured. I always thought a medical was more about general health anyway and like someone else said, previous injuries responding normally through the healing process. Not given a chance at Villa. Takes his job very seriously, finds it hard to rest. Not had the backing of certain managers and members of staff. Looking to recreate his City form. Being used for a few minutes here and there was really hard to take. Really appreciates the welcome he's been given by our squad, mentions friendly faces. Heartbroken that he can't train with them yet when he's raring to go. Deal took a long time but he wanted to get up here ASAP to get started. Delay wasn't the knee but a few small things. Hoping to do some gym work over the next few days with a view to being back on the training pitch by the end of next week. I am getting really excited about seeing him play. My 9month old son is mroe useful than Dan Gosling atm, he cant walk or run either but he wouldn't let that affect his game. To have Gosling, Ireland, Barton, Nolan, Ben Arfa and Tiote is quite a good position to be in ecspecially considering that the majority are under the right side of 27 (not Barton or Nolan).
