Now I hasten to add, I live in a relatively obscure city in Ohio. My accent (English with a hint of Strine) is considered wildly exotic, so it is distinctly possible this has nothing to do with Sunderland. The city is the worst placed in a poor showing for the North East, with Newcastle ranked 103rd. GERRIN!
