pedro111
Was dreading the post WW3 photos if I am honest! Hopefully none will be as bad as the guy with the paint brush!

DJ_NUFC
Someone brought this up in the other thread: would Simpson had been a better choice than Debuchy? Both of our fullbacks went AWOL numerous times during the game.
Sifu
I was hoping this game was a figment of my imagination when I woke up today. Oh the horror when I realised it actually happened. It still fucking hurts.

Debuchy was one of the few players who looked reasonably up for this I thought, tried a good few lung busting runs forward even if they came to nothing. It still fucking hurts. For me it was the same feeling you get when you have been absolutely legless the night before and you wake up and realise that last night you ended up grabbing your mates lasses arse and or tits. You know the feeling right? Utter devastation.
Tooj
Someone brought this up in the other thread: would Simpson had been a better choice than Debuchy? Both of our fullbacks went AWOL numerous times during the game. No chance.
Skeletor
Someone brought this up in the other thread: would Simpson had been a better choice than Debuchy? Both of our fullbacks went AWOL numerous times during the game. Yes. McCLean has struggled all season as most fullbacks who played him last season have sussed him out this season. Simpson has the knowledge of the opposition winger and has played in these games many times. Also Simpson was playing okay as well. No question of who is the better right back is, I just think Debuchy was not correct choice for yesterdays game.
TRon
I don't think Debuchy was the problem yesterday, we had more trouble on the other side where Jonas was playing at left back.
Kevo
What a shocking performance. Worst match I've ever been to for effort and determination. Pardew can fuck right off, Di Canio pissed all over him.
Gallowgate Toon
Did McClean do anything of note yesterday? The only thing I remember him doing was completely fluffing up a great chance in the first half.
Jack Flash
Is the discussion about Simpleton's fight and determination based entirely on that one picture? He's the biggest bottler in the squad and has proven so many times in much less high profile games.

TheHoob
Eh people have turned on Debuchy now? He was probably the only one of the back 4 willing to put a tackle in and close people down. Not saying he had a brilliant game but he was one of the few players who can come out of the game with at least some credit.
DJ_NUFC
LoL, calm down HOOB, nobody's TURNING ON Debuchy. Although that sounds like an awesome evening. Debuchy's just returned from a layoff, which is why I threw the question out there, but no biggie.
Ronaldo
Poor Carl http://i4.chroniclelive.co.uk/incoming/article2596655.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/flare-2596655.jpg  Oh for fuck sake, man. What an utter embarrassment.
Hughesy
Debuchy was probably our best player yesterday.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
8 of the 27 nicked were inside SJP according to the police. 5 of the 27 were nicked before kick off.
themanupstairs
As poor as we were yesterday, I still can't shake the feeling that had Cisse's goal not been ruled out, we'd have gone on to win. We were in the ascendency and pretty much camped in their penalty area up until that point. That shocking decision turned the match and deflated us completely. Doesn't take away from the obvious lack of desire and virtually non-existant composure, but we score there, and our tails are up. Such are the fine margins in football. 3 or 4 points that had a massive impact on the match yesterday in Jonas giving away possession, Shola coming on at HT, Cisse's goal ruled out, and the injury to Krul (meaning we had one less sub, Campbell in my mind, to throw on). Gutting.
pedro111
Agree with what you say, we all have to remember that while we had the worst day in living memory, they had an absolute World Cup day when it came to their goals. They probably wont have a better day in those terms for the next decade....
div-s-
That brunette's nice, like. I'd start some aggro with her... minge? Brunette was the guy to the rights daughter, the guy to her dads right is her brother. They ended up arguin with 2 manly looking woman after the game aswell at the exit.
