Cronky
It must be pretty discouraging for a team when their manager is too nervous to watch them take penalties. I don't doubt that he has some ability, but this job has come round to him too early.
LaurentRobert
Redcafe desperate for Eddie Howe 😂😂😂 Don't think he'd be mad enough to manage that car crash. After all he's got a Champions League draw to look forward to ☺️
LaurentRobert
I'd be done with football mind if he did an Ashworth mid season
bobbydazzla
Amorim just doesn’t have the right players for his special system He definitely needs the Glaziers to give him another couple of windows Edited August 27, 2025 by bobbydazzla

Disco
It’s mad how their press have been briefed to get Mainoo out and they blindly follow suit as asked. Proper odd behaviour. Anyhoo…

Bimpy474
Palace play the same formation, it's not the shape that's the main problem. Man Utd just don't press, and it makes them so easy to play against, every team can get players into big spaces. It's on the manager and how they set up within the shape, it's so passive. midds
Amorim's good until at least February right? Right? They all fucking love him? This is the information I've gleaned

Sibierski
Find it all so enjoyable. Ratcliffe got Ashworth, Man Utd fans were wanking themselves silly about ‘getting one over us’. Ratcliffe then ignored Ashworth advice last summer that they should focus on Prem based players and a prem based manager to stabilise and transition. Then when Ratcliffe put forward Amorim, Ashworth questioned it as he didn’t think squad would be suitable for him and required big changes which club can afford. Ratcliffe then sacks Ashworth a few months after getting him, spends a load to get Amorim in early (who didn’t want to come in till end of season), Man Utd fans laud the decision and laugh at Ashworth, Ratcliffe then sacks a load of staff, wanker, then sees Amorim preside of more record breaking runs and not get Europe. Then backs him with 200m+ worth of players, whilst Amorim throws more players under the bus and thus bombing their value, just to then start season poorly and see one cup competition end before the transfer window is even shut. Ratcliffe now has to potentially spend a load sacking Amorim staff, and further continue his ownership run which is going as well as his ownership of Nice. But hey, he’s a Manchester United fan. Of course he'd want to leave Newcastle where he's now been trusted with so much power and responsibility to let those chumps mess him about and have him unemployed with all the others in the next 12 months! The delusion of these people man. My God.
LaurentRobert
Well that's cheered me up after that Liverpool heartbreak. Manure not even in the 3rd round draw for the League Cup, whilst tomorrow we'll be booking our flights to Madrid and Naples. What a time to be alive! Bimpy474
Amorim is speaking so well, he can see the issues but can't change it, it's been like this since he came in. I like him, but time is showing he's not good enough for the job. Maybe later in his career, but not now for sure. black_n_white
It still bemuses me how they have spent all that money this summer, not in Europe and to my knowledge no outgoings? I get commercially they do well but come on man

MileyCyrus
Think Amorim resigns after the weekend even if he's not fired. Basically saying the players are trying to get him sacked
