We've got a really harmonious squad at the minute and are about to sign two quality forwards. The last thing we need is an out of form CF who will feel entitled to be first choice from a squad that has got some really serious character problems.

For Dubravka and Man United it makes perfect sense. Dubravka gets one last hurrah at a high level for Man United and Man United get a very good keeper, who's probably more reliable than De Gea.

 

From out point of view, we want to get ad much back from Pope's fee as we can.

 

Dubravka is not more reliable than De Gea ffs.

 

Wouldn't hold it against him if he wants it. He would get more games in Europa League and cups compared to us.
