Even Spurs supporting mates used to say his defending wasn’t the best. Nor was he the quickest. He’s still aggressive as fuck and it works at times. But he’s made a habit of over-committing to challenges, mostly headers and getting nowhere near them. Usually meaning there is then acres in behind. He’ll still have a part to play and I thought he was mostly good in the final third. Wissa and Woltemade didn’t help him much in that regard. We didn’t attack the box well first half.
