greydos
Dodgy ankle and still the best CM in the league. Other prem midfielders must be gutted reading that

frankpingel
Hopefully he can see out the remainder of this season and get the operation he may need within days of it ending.
Shearergol
It's been done to death but it was a fucking mental decision allowing him to play on when he first injured it.
madras
Strange thing to publicise. I see a few extra ankle taps for him over the next few weeks.
magvicar
If it's too bad I'm sure Eddie and co will rest him. He's got a decent weeks rest so he might be ok to soldier on. He's definitely a massive cog in our side but football is all about adapting and we seem to be able to do that. But here's hoping Bruno shakes off the worst and finishes the season off. mouldy_uk
When I have any niggle/injury I basically refuse to move because I’m soft as shit, so I struggle to see how someone carrying an injury can train and play sport at such a high level. Are players just hard as nails or are they pumped full of drugs so they don’t feel anything?

buzza
He was pressed really hard and by two players all game. Can’t think of any player of ours who had a good showing today.

Smal
Love Bruno but today was the kind of game where you need a player like him with his quality to step up and try to get a foothold on it. Can't do it on his own but he wasn't anywhere near sadly. Edited April 15, 2023 by Smal
HaydnNUFC
Don't think it's a case of fitness. He was just as shite as the other 10 on the pitch.
pubteam
He was surrounded by 3 players at most points of the game, had very little support. Villa clearly targeted him as they know most of our play goes through him, on occasions like this our other midfielders really need for step up and take the pressure off him. But I don't think we played well in any position. Edited April 15, 2023 by pubteam

Guest
I think Bruno tried at times, there was some individual bits of play that brought no reward or was completely wasted by other players. At times when we hoy joelinton in there we don't seem to be as fluid, that's maybe a bit speculation but dropping a fully fit longstaff who is everywhere was the most dubious decision
Adam
Longstaff didn't train all week due to tonsillitis that's why he didn't play.
