Really like the positional fluidity between him and Longstaff yesterday. Think Howe tried to rotate in game for legs as well as tactical reasons, but Bruno has the best touch & vision in the final third of pretty much any of our players and we should be getting him in & around there as much as possible.

Absolutely. His threaded through balls, flicks and backheels are so dangerous in the final third. He’s a goal threat too and I really feel we have lost something by keeping him deeper this season.

He’s obviously great playing in a deeper position too because he’s such a good player but I think if we can get a more specialist player for the deep role we’ll see real benefits with Bruno playing higher.

In the Maldives and not training? Worrying, must be about to move to Madrid or Manchester

Club have a training camp in Dubai, and Bruno isn't in the Brazil, so the squad have likely just been given 3/4 days off, before meeting in Dubai.

Worrying that he's wearing a hat (bucket) which famously is associated with Manchester.

Possibly a cryptic message that he is on his way to Man United in a swap deal for McTominay?

Pretty sure the lad playing in the Edgar Davids lives on my street. Was on the Copa 90 video too. Class.

I've never been literally in love with a man. I'd make an exception for Bruno. What a top, top human being. I cannot believe we have managed to sign this man. Those kids must be absolutely chuffed.

I love that his first act is to affably nutmeg one of them

The keyword here is "affably". Can you imagine setting Michael Owen loose amongst these kids? He'd aggressively nutmeg all of them, smashing the ball into the top corner of the goal over and over again, wheeling away in victory. [emoji38]

Just seen his IG story of megging someone in training? Hard to tell who it is but looks like Almiron to me.

Yeah it did look like Almirón from the way he was running.

Hopefully he’s at least back on the bench on Sunday

My 5 yr old had his first experience of 'heading' a ball at the weekend when a loose ball in training went awry.

He was pretty upset, both in shock but also because he thought you weren't allowed to head the ball in football.

Showed him Bruno's goal vs Leicester and he is now both chuffed that has headed a ball and also in love with Bruno.
