Honestly happy with Trips and Kraft coming in. We've got a good squad. Obvs Tino is far superior, but th drop off isn't managed providing they don't run trips into the ground and Kraft actually gets some time. Kraft is a very underrated.

Krafth can be dependable if rare one off situations, but it’s not ideal if he’s needed regularly. He looked the worse player against Bradford, and that was facing no attacking threat.

I do believe retroactive punishment should be introduced into the league, if you injure another player seriouly, no matter how it looks, you should get a 5-10 game ban decided by an impartial tribunal taking into consideration the severity of the injury etc. Even if the challenge seems fair, if you cause another player serious injury, there needs to be a consequence. You can't just end someone's career and get away with it, it's not ethical, regardless of any mitigating factors.

The sport would cease to be if this was a thing.

Tino is one of the most important players in the squad. He’s essentially first choice fullback in both positions.  He’s literally the last defender we would want out for an extended period of time. Everybody else has another player that could step in for 25 games if fit and barely see a dip.

Trippier is fine for once a week. But he can’t play 3x a week at the level.

Tbf we don’t. Last season we had tremendous fortune with injuries.

True especially with Isak, Tonali and Bruno. But at the same time we lost Botman, Hall and Joelinton for several games.

I've heard rumours that it's an MCL injury which is between 2 to 10 weeks depending on the severity of the injury. A grade 1 MCL would be the best hope right now as he'd be back the same time as Ramsey and Wissa.

Praying for this outcome. I've injured my MCL a couple of times and it's agonizingly painful. Both of my sons tore ACLs playing sports and from what I recall had very little pain at all so i'm clinging to that.

Maybe sanctions for the groundsman if a player pulls a hammy while running on his grass, too?

That should be in-house.

I don't like our netting so I would severely repremand our head groundsman in the first place.

We've had crap nets since 2003 and it's absolutely infuriating. They should be deeper, we have the space for that, they also need to peg them down properly.
