Hanshithispantz
Was sacked when we were 12th in the league and 4 points off 6th for that snake Pardew.

HaydnNUFC
Love Chris Hughton. First manager I remember being wholly conscious of and remember the day he was sacked, was gutted. Had some awesome days under him. Probably going off on a tangent here but we dished out a few thrashings in 2010-11 at SJP, 6-0 v Villa, 5-1 v Mackems, 5-0 v West Ham, 4-1 v Wolves. Scored loads of goals at home that season.
Happinesstan
Top bloke. Totally unjustified sacking.

Meanwhile, snakes like Bruce and Pardew were looked after.
Super Duper Branko Strupar
Intelligent man. Proud to say he managed us. And well.
LRD
One of the few persons from the Ashley era with any dignity.
wiseman
Was gutted the day he was sacked, felt so unjustified. Says it all though when I don't think any of our fans have a bad word to say about him. I wouldn't have been disappointed to see him return if we hadn't managed to get Howe, even though it probably wouldn't have been the best option for his legacy here

I and others on here, may remember being told Hughton was going to be sacked a few days after we beat Sunderland 5-1. We couldn’t believe it. I think we beat Arsenal away not long after. It was obvious they were waiting for a poor run of form to get rid of him. I’m convinced Pardew owed him a debt.

I believed the debt theory once but after almost 15 years of Ashley's shit I think it gives him too much credit in giving a justification for the decision. I think it just about falls in line with all his other dim-witted decisions surrounding the club where his ear was taken by wide boys and chancers. Hiring Kinnear twice. Allowing near-relegation under Carver whilst determinedly holding out for McClaren. Bruce over Rafa. It would be peak Ashley if he met Pardew at a casino but then Pardew just took that chance to feed the drunken idiot some guff he liked the sound of at a time where Hughton was already supporting player empowerment and gathering his own support just a little too much for Ashley's liking.
