Kanji
If we have to go for another DM - Stambouli please. If we get the chance to sign a creative player, then Grenier.

Ikon
Is Stambouli that highly rated? Never seen him play...

Aye - very much doubt he would be a starter.
Pilko
Tiote to Arsenal would be as ridiculous as when Sidwell and Ben Haim went to Chelsea.
rocksammy
we must be paying CL-like wages for tiote if these are the types of teams gaining traction
Ketsbaia
Why on earth would Arsenal want Tiote? Arteta in a blindfold would be just as effective.
Unbelievable
Worth noting that back when we got Tiote the rumour at Twente was they had agreed a decent sell on percentage. If true, the fee we may receive might not be what the club gets for him.
Deuce
David Milburn @davidmilburn 4m @GraemeBailey are they planning to bring in anymore players if he leaves? Graeme Bailey @GraemeBailey 3m @davidmilburn Yes. Hayden Mullins to take his place.
Varadi
Will be really pissed off if Tiote goes. Think he would do well at Arsenal, they always struggle in games against the other top teams, exactly the kind of game he often excels in.

Ronaldo
Excels in them so much we always get utterly dicked.
Varadi
Bit of a tendency to underrate our players on here imo. When Tiote struggles it when he tries to do too much as the rest of our midfield has a tendency to go AWOL - at Arsenal he would just need to win it and give it, a job he's very good at. Ronaldo
There's no place in football for players who merely 'win it and give it'. Especially not in teams with a modicum of ambition.

Pilko
I'd be genuinely shocked if Arsenal signed him after the way he played in that 7-3 game. It was like a masterclass in how not to play the midfield role he's supposedly really good at.
midds
Had Arsenal been sniffing around 2 years ago then I'd have understood it. The season we finished 5th I thought he was very, very good but, like Krul and Coloccini, he's regressed and got progressively worse. Can't see how he'd improve Arsenal in any way shape or form, they don't need him and I don't think Wenger's that daft to even go for him in the first place tbh. Guest neesy111
The only reason Arsenal would be in for him is when they've missed on other targets imo.
thomas
Arsene thinks he's a miracle worker. Sadly Tiote's case of Pardewitis is terminal.

Segun Oluwaniyi
Tiote had a poor season and a terrible World Cup. I'd be surprised if any big clubs were in for him, especially as NUFC's valuation should be fairly high.

He looked very decent in the world cup games though, more like the Tiote of two years ago.
